Motivational Memberships:


After you have completed your sessions and feel confident that you can continue working towards your goals on your own, ActivPersonalTraining offers something unique.  Many people do not meet their health and fitness goals because they do not receive motivation during tough time periods or guidance when they reach plateaus. 


We all need and sometimes want accountability or that extra motivation - someone to say "yes" or "no", someone to remind us about why we are doing this, someone to bully us and get us back on track, someone to provide a good tip, or just someone to listen.  Well ActivPersonalTraining can be that 'someone'. 


Think of us as your personal motivators.  Join us for scheduled walk & talks (they occur both outdoors and indoors) and talk about where you are stuck, review your goals, and let us help get you back on track.  If you need to meet privately, call us up and we will schedule you to come down to the gym, help you out and get you back on track!  Join our ongoing annual motivational membership for $100 and stay on track to meet your goals!


Team - 12 Weeks of Activity, Learning, Fat Burning & Fun:


-Walk at your Target Heart Rate & Burn Maximum Fat
-Learn to Strengthen & Tone the Muscles used for Optimal Walking
-Become an All-Season Walker or Join other All-Season Walkers
-Conquer Walking a Half or Full Marathon
  • Select a Team Walking Event Goal
  • 2 Sessions per week: 
    • 1 session in the fitness studio focused on strengthening and toning
    • 1 session walking outside.
  • 1 Private Session with our Holistic Health Counselor
  • Access to personal trainer for any questions and consults via phone, email, and scheduled in person appointments
  • Join any and all scheduled weekly walks

  • Some walking supplies will be provided
